A day removed from ringing in her 25th birthday, Lindsay Lohan continued to enjoy her freedom from house arrest with a trip to the beach at Paradise Cove in Malibu on Sunday (July 3).
Joined by her brother, Michael Jr., and sister, Ali, the trio of siblings met up with a few friends as the "Mean Girls" star covered her face with a baseball cap while donning a cute little speckled black dress and a camera strapped around her neck.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Lohan spent the previous evening celebrating her 25th with a low-key affair at the popular seaside restaurant Geoffrey's.
Commenting on his daughter's decision to pass up on a more lavish affair, LiLo's dad, Michael, told press, "She opted to stay in California instead of coming to New York because she has community service and wanted to concentrate on that. She's doing really, really, really well."

Beyonce made a brief appearance at an East Harlem Target Thursday, where she greeted fans.It was the surprise of a lifetime for a group of local kids on Thursday, when superstar Beyonce appeared at an East Harlem Target store.
The 29-year-old singer, there to celebrate the store's one year anniversary with members of the Boys & Girls Club, joined an already-in-progress dance party.
As the young fans showed off their moves to Beyonce's new song, "Countdown," she suddenly walked out on stage.
After a group hug, the dancing resumed with the music star letting the kids have most of the spotlight.

The cherry on top of the best ice cream sundae ever?
Beyonce reportedly gave out copies of her brand-new album, "4."
And it's no wonder she did it at Target: the store is selling an exclusive 2-disc deluxe edition of the album, with additional songs, remixes and a video for "Run the World (Girls)."

The best movies of 2011? Already? How can we possibly know? This weekend, our friends at Moviefone are looking back at this year's most entertaining films -- so far. After all, we've reached the exact halfway point of 2011. We know plenty of critics predicted 'The Beaver' would be a turkey, so you might be surprised to see it kick off the Top Ten. Did your faves make our countdown?
10. 'The Beaver' Sure, we giggled like children at the title. We also scoffed at the notion that scandal-plagued Mel Gibson was the star (with a brown furry puppet on his hand, no less) of Jodie Foster's latest directorial effort. But we were pleasantly surprised to see this film was unlike anything either Oscar winner had done before. With an intense performance by Gibson and strong supporting acting from Anton Yelchin ('Star Trek'), the movie is both dark and humorous, and left us near tears by the end.
8. 'Beginners' Christopher Plummer and Ewan McGregor play father and son in this movie about accepting who you really are. Plummer's character drops two late-in-life bombshells: He comes out of the closet and announces he has terminal cancer, revealing both facts to his shell-shocked son at once. Heartfelt and genuine, this is the year's sleeper hit, so far.
7. 'Cedar Rapids' This indie, starring Ed Helms and Anne Heche, came and went in theaters, overshadowed by the disappointing likes of 'The Hangover Part II.' But few films this year made us laugh as hard, or charmed us more, than this flick. A great premise delivered by a stellar cast, the Midwest-set comedy also gave John C. Reilly his due as one of the flat-out funniest people alive.
6. 'Win Win' This movie, about real people with real problems, celebrates the great things that come from helping others. From star Paul Giamatti, to Alex Shaffer's knockout debut performance as a troubled teen, to a script both poignant and hilarious, 'Win Win' is a simple film done extraordinarily well. And that's about as much as we can ask for when going to the movies.
5. 'X-Men: First Class' After the disaster that was 'Wolverine,' we were praying 'First Class' would turn out okay. Thankfully, it exceeded our expectations. 'First Class' traces the origins of some of our favorite mutants, including Charles Xavier, Mystique, Magneto, Havok and Beast. As for the villain, you knew Sebastian Shaw (played brilliantly by Kevin Bacon) was a perfect pick after the awful things he did during the opening sequence.
4. 'Tree of Life' Terrence Malick's ambitious meditation on childhood, spirituality and evolution isn't for everybody -- the Brad Pitt drama earned both boos and the Palme d'Or at Cannes. But for those who believe that film is also an art form, 'Tree of Life' is a welcome respite from summer's onslaught of angry robots and juiced-up superheroes (though, be warned, there are dinosaurs).
3. 'Bridesmaids' Featuring a bevy of talented actresses, 'Bridesmaids' married raunchy humor with real relationship dilemmas. As a result, every new comedy released between now and Dec. 31 will compete with 'Bridesmaids' to be pronounced "Funniest Film of 2011." Applying a classic Judd Apatow slacker-who-must-grow-up formula to 'SNL' star Kristen Wiig (who co-wrote the screenplay), 'Bridesmaids' is a nonstop escalation of bickering, reconciliations and breakdowns. While everyone else debated what the hit meant for women in comedy, 'Bridesmaids' simply did one thing: deliver great comedy.
2. 'Midnight in Paris' It's not easy to convey how much we loved this Woody Allen movie, because if we gave away details, we'd spoil the magic for everyone who hasn't seen it yet. That said, 'Midnight' is the one movie we've seen this year that had us grinning ear-to-ear from beginning to end. Owen Wilson has never been better, and of the 40-some-odd films in Allen's repertoire, it's pretty amazing that he's still makin' 'em this full of surprises.
1. 'Super 8' Director J.J. Abrams lays out a tale so clearly inspired by '70s/'80s Steven Spielberg, the legend himself agreed to produce it. A mysterious monster attacks a sleepy Ohio town, and against all odds, some middle-school movie geeks uncover the truth and save their neighbors, and their planet. But the heart of 'Super 8' isn't its spectacular effects. It's the kids in the cast (including exceptional newcomer Joel Courtney as Joe Lamb) who truly bring the film to life. We haven't seen an ensemble of child actors this good since 'Stand by Me,' and that's some serious praise.

Ready to embark on a sure-to-be memorable getaway, Kate Moss was spotted saying her goodbyes to remaining wedding guests before setting off with husband Jamie Hince on their honeymoon on Sunday (July 3).
The 37-year-old catwalk queen hugged her loved ones while giving a big kiss to daughter Lila Grace as she and her man boarded a helicopter to set off on their post-nuptials celebration.
According to recent reports, Kate and Jamie have interestingly chosen the West African town of Timbuktu as their honeymoon locale - despite the fat that Miss Miss thought it was a "fictional" place.
A source The Sun, "Jamie couldn't believe it when Kate questioned if it was a real destination. She just assumed it was fictional."
Also included in the couple's plans are visits to the Sahara Desert and Algeria.

The moment the "what-are-we-cooking-for-the-Fourth?" emails from my brother, sister, mom and dad start pinging like crazy in my inbox - usually about a week before the holiday -- I know it's time to stake my claim.
"We own Saturday night." I poke on my iPhone as quickly as possible.
Then everyone else starts claiming meals - I'll make pancakes that morning for the kids; I'll do burgers and dogs for Sunday dinner; I'll bring smores stuff. You get the idea.
It's important for me to claim Saturday night because it's the one big summer feast that my husband Andy and I look forward to making all year. My sister's beach house, where the dinner takes place, is a mile from the ocean, and more important, a quick drive away from a fish purveyor whose backyard is Shinnecock Bay as well as a few excellent butchers. It's never just the family either - what starts as about a dozen of us turns into twice that before we know it. So the week or two leading up to the big night, Andy and I treat dinners with our daughters almost like auditions. What's it going to be? What's going to make the cut?

Chris Brown posted a Twitter picture of himself planking on Thursday.Chris Brown can sing, he can dance ? and as he proved this week ? he can plank.
The R&B star tweeted a picture of himself planking (the new hyped art of lying flat on a random surface) earlier this week.
The stunt, which was done on top of a round display case, got mostly high marks.
"Now that is a great effort...but...being Australian and seeing what we have done with planking here...you are going to have to step up your game...I dare you!" one commenter wrote on his TwitPic page.

Planking, which became a Facebook fad beginning in Australia earlier this year, has become a much-embraced fad for daredevils.
Brown joins a long list of celebrities including Kristen Bell, Ellen Page and Flavor Flav who have tried it out.
Since there are always people who seem to point out the slight ridiculousness of the fad, not everyone was so nice about the photo.
"Somebody need to give you a good old-school, southern whippin," one less-than-impressed commenter wrote.

Catching a late night flight back to the west coast, Khloe Kardashian touched down at LAX Airport on Saturday (July 2) alongside husband Lamar Odom and his two kiddies, Destiny & Lamar Jr.
The reality family flew into Los Angeles following a short stay in New York City, as Khloe tweeted prior to takeoff, "Leaving NYC this evening! I have so much fun here I hate leaving so soon sometimes but ill be back next week."
Getting a bit impatient once on the ground in Tinseltown, Miss Kardashian anxiously wrote, ""I mean.... Still not off this plane yet... Come on LAX"
The travels come just days after it was announced that the Kardashian family is up for four Teen Choice Awards - with winners to be crowned during a live ceremony on August 7th.
Making for an interesting scenario, "Khloé & Lamar" was nominated for Choice TV: Reality Show while facing off against her sisters' show "Kourtney & Kim Take New York".
Meanwhile, Kim was nominated for Choice Female Hottie while Lamar finds himself in the running for Choice TV: Male Reality Variety Star.
